Scented Essence Candle Co. Subscription Policy


Welcome to the Scented Essence Candle Co. Subscription Program. We’re honored to be a part of your self-care and home ambiance journey. Our goal is to provide consistent comfort and fragrance experiences, all while respecting your time, preferences, and budget. Please read our subscription terms carefully before enrolling.


1. Subscription Overview

By enrolling in a subscription with Scented Essence Candle Co., you agree to receive recurring product shipments based on the plan selected. Subscriptions are available in monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly intervals, and may include candles, wax melts, room sprays, or curated body care products.


2. Billing & Payments


All subscription payments are automatically billed to the payment method on file at the frequency selected during checkout.


Billing occurs on the same calendar day each cycle (e.g., the 5th of each month).


If your payment is declined, you will be notified via email and given 72 hours to update your payment information before the order is canceled.



3. Shipping & Delivery


Subscription boxes are shipped within 5–7 business days of the billing date.


Shipping is available within the U.S. only. Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise stated.


Tracking information will be emailed once your package is dispatched.



4. Changes, Pauses & Cancellations


You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account dashboard.


To avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle, changes must be made at least 3 days prior to your next billing date.


Cancellations made after a charge has been processed will take effect the following cycle.



5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, subscription orders are non-refundable once shipped. However, if your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@scentedessence.net for resolution.


6. Subscription Gifts & Discounts

From time to time, we may include exclusive subscriber-only perks such as discount codes, early access to new launches, or limited-edition gifts. These are subject to change and availability.
